Before you ask
01How long until it ships?+
Every piece is printed after you order it. Production usually takes a few business days, then it ships with tracking. You'll get an email the moment it's on the way.
02Where do you ship?+
Anywhere in the US for now. International is on the list.
03Can I return or exchange it?+
Because everything is made to order for you, we can't take returns for a change of heart or the wrong size. If it shows up damaged, misprinted or just wrong, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll make it right.
04How does it fit?+
Sizing details live on each product page. Between sizes? Size up if you like room to turn. Still stuck, email us your height and usual size and we'll make the call.
05Can I change or cancel my order?+
Email us fast. Once it hits production it's locked in, but if we catch it before then we'll sort it out.
06What's the Afterpar Lab?+
The golf tools we're building on the side: AI Caddy for golfers and TurfLedger for courses. The apparel pays for the experiments.
